400g Lam and Beef Stew Meat

200g Barley

4 Cloves Garlic

150g Chopped Silverbeet

300ml Reduced Salt Beef Stock

3 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

3 Tbsp Low Salt Tomato Paste

Mash (850g): Red Kumara, Potato and Pumpkin
